Commercial crediting

    The Spartak Bank carries out commercial crediting of
    corporate Clients in rubles and foreign currency.

  Crediting subject

    The crediting subject includes corporate Clients of the Bank,
    juridical persons of small business and middle business.

  Crediting object

    According to the economic purpose of the credit the crediting
    object includes:

    circulating (trade) capital replenishment;
    overdraft (30% of the monthly turnover on the Client bank
       account).

  Types of Crediting

    The types of Crediting according to the credit allocation:

    non-installment credit for one occasion;
    open-ended credit line with the set limit of payables (without
      conclusion of any supplementary agreements);
    credit line with the total payment limit with its partial (stage-by-
      stage) selection (with supplementary agreement to the main
      contract conclusion).

  Credit time

    Commercial credits are being given for a period up to 12
    months. Longer credit period is considered individually.

  Credit security

    Credit security is based on the movable and immovable as a
    pawn:

    inventory holdings in the turnover (reserve);
    manufacturing equipment, motor transport;
    securities;
    buildings, constructions, premises.

  The credit property insuring

    The credit property is to be insured to the Bank's favor.

  Our interest rate

    on the level of the average cost of the Bank resources;
    an individual approach is considered when borrower
      substantiates the credit rate, according to the paying capacity
      and reliability of the borrower, the term of use and financial
      security of the credit.

  Our main requirements to the potential borrower   

    The Clients existing on the market for more than 1 year from
      the moment of registration, whose business has completed,
      got adapted and is considered by specialists as prospective
      in the market environment;
    Indispensable condition is the presence of the positive
      (profitable) current balance;
    Besides, it is important to have sufficient own security and/or
       liquid security of the third parties.

  Our advantages in work with potential borrowers

    The Bank informational openness to the Clients;
    Consideration of credit applications and conclusion the
       possibility of further crediting before opening bank accounts;
    Professionalism, accuracy and diligence of the bank
       employees in all situations concerning crediting;
    Maximum time for a credit application consideration does not
       exceed 2 weeks from the date of the Client's full package
       production of documents the Bank required.

  Documents

    If our credit terms are acceptable for you we are ready to
    concretely define the consideration process of a credit
    obtaining. We have developed a documentation package to be
    filled and passed to the Bank to simplify this process. This
    package includes:
    a credit application;
    a borrower's form with the list of necessary documents;
    a property list for security.

    You may get the indicted forms both in electronic and paper
    format in the Bank. Filled forms should be passed to the credit
    Department of the Bank.

  Bank guarantees

    We provide Bank guarantees for Central Excise Custom-house,
    for Client contractors, for tender and auction participation.
